Review Process
Deadlines for submissions are as follows:
- January 1 for any Spring issue,
- May 1 for any Summer issue, and
- September 1 for any Fall issue.
Possible outcomes of the review include
- publication without modification or revision;
- return for minor revisions before publication;
- return for major revisions before resubmission for review; and
- rejection.
If a submission is rated in category 1 or 2, it is then sent to JPACTe's Consulting Editor(s) for further review. If it is rated 3 or 4, it is returned to the lead author with comments. The review process normally takes one to two months. Authors should expect a reply from the editor(s) within that time regarding the status of their submission. Submissions may be edited.
